Return & Refund:

We care about your satisfaction.

You can kindly submit a return request by doing this steps below :

• Log in to your account.
• Select the order that you want to return from your orders page.
• Click Request return.
• Select the Items you want to return.
• Choose a return reason and add a note for the store.
• Click  request return button.

* You will be able to track your Return requests status and Refund status from your Account dashboard / Orders Page.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that
we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the same payment method if an online method was used. For orders paid in cash upon delivery, you have the option to receive your refund through wallet or your bank account or store credit.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
